Just doesn't seem right.

Hi.
I just noticed something while playing a sandbox game.
I sent my character too close to the confederates, and I died. The newspaper mourned my death (as they should, I'm such a great commander..haaa), and I chose to continue the battle, all I know I was brought back to life.
My score didn't reflect my mortal failure at commanding myself, and my troops.
Commander's Score: -16.0 and below that the Score says -10. I just laughed, and didn't really care about my character dieing.
I would like to have the game end because of my death, forcing me to be very careful in the future.
I would also like to see (if I decide to continue the battle), my troops moral drop to a very low level which would make them pretty useless for a time period.
I just don't feel like I'm threatened while playing the game.
bye.
