Where is the SOW General's List located?

Where is the SOW General's List located?

Looked around the site could not see the Generals List, Has it been posted yet?

It's not up yet. Still working on it. We didn't expect General's so soon. Gonna have to come up with something harder, like completing the entire game on Grog :)
