Historical flaw in the Pickett's charge scenarios?

Firstly, the First Minnesota is rated too high IMHO. Two degrees higher than most of the Iron Brigade? Okay, who on the Dev team is a Minnesotan?
But that isn't really my gripe.
The 1st Minnesota at Gettysburg had 262 enlisted and officers at Gettysburg according to Harry Pfanz (Gettysburg: The Second Day, 414). Yet, the game gives it 330. Furthermore, by the third day, they had lost 212 (83%) of their numbers which isn't reflected in the Pickett's Charge scenarios at all. In fact, they still have the full 330. I understand the need to balance the game (which I sense was the reason for the omission), but the Minnesotans sacrificed tremendously the previous day, and I think it would add to the ambiance of the game to see at least some of this reflected in the scenarios.
