Hi.

Is there a quick key that allows me to select my commander without have to warp back to his location?

I just hate it when I find a excellent line of approach, and forgot to select my character, and poof, I lost the bloody location.

How about eg. Tap once (ME chit), you have selected your character, tap twice and you warp to your location.

I found this annoying in TC2M as well.

Or, is there a key that I am missing?

i believe you're referring to the 'Go to me' button (button shows the word ME in a diamond)

You can check the "Stay camera with OOB navigation" button in the options. So you can just arrow up to your commander and the camera won't move.

I too found that very annoying that's why I recommended that feature. B)
