Norbs Sample Mod, and Oh Christmas Tree.

Hi.

I'm playing Norbs sample mod, and I'm concentrating on what approach I'm going to take, then I send the commander for a stroll to take a look around, and as I draw close the confederate cavalry lines, I start hearing "Oh Christmas Tree" being whistled. At first I thought it was the tv or something, then I clued in....

All I know is that it really stopped me from doing what I was going to do, and just sit there, and listen to the tune.

OR, am I going crazy?

Cheers...

Yep, no Easter Egg or anything.. That's the Maryland, My Maryland marching music.

How'd you like the scenario? Were you able to defy the odds and pull of a victory? :)

Hi Little Powell.

I love the tune Little Powell. It actually took me off my train of thought when it drifted in. The tune drifted in slowly, quite , then as I was passing by of course it became stronger....which made me just sit there, and listen.

It reminded me of how it must have felt on Christmas eve during WWI, and listening to the Germans singing Christmas carols.

Actually no I didn't win (union). At first I had everything ready, men were strong, excellent support on both sides, the battle was progressing very well, then bit by bit things began to fall apart, and to tell you the truth, I have no idea why, because all lines crumbled, not just mine.

OR... It was the time I wasted while sitting listening to the whistling.

Over the past few days of playing this game, I am pretty certain that a two year old could kick my butt.

Great AI.

Cheers...
