Multiplayer is a blast!

I played my first multiplayer game yesterday afternoon, and it was great!
Six of us from the new Civil War - 21st Century League played a co-op game with us as the Rebs vs. the AI. It was a complete success. There's nothing like seeing the other brigades around you being maneuvered by other humans, and working together toward a common goal.
In the end, we were defeated by the Union artillery(ouch!), but we chased the Union infantry off the field of battle.
Hehe, I had three regiments of my brigade left until I tried to rush the Union arty. In short order, the Yankee canister blew huge chunks in my lines and routed all three of my regiments!
Don't be afraid to try multiplayer. I was worried that I wasn't good enough to play with others, but I surprised myself by being somewhat competent. In my opinion, if you can make it through the brigade tutorial and/or the "Blood on the Run" scenario, you can handle multiplayer.
