Scourge of War Boards

For some reason, I keep getting this message when I attempt to start the game: (image below)


I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game 3 times with the same result.

Hard to tell what's wrong.

Do you have a security/AV software installed?

Do both versions crash?

Yes,

I tried installing the Beta Patch with the same result. It shows that my serial is still active too?
