Designer Notes: Scenario 4

Robert Rodes, also new to division command, couldn’t ask for worse terrain to control his huge division. The left flank low and open country, the right flank rolling and open, and the center, a dominant wooded Oak hill. Visibility zero. The player while trying to find his way through the woods will find his division already engaged with the flank of the First Corps, Army of the Potomac. Concentrate and stand toe to toe with Robinson’s division, while trying to control your unwilling brigade commanders is a task. Simply put, this is a fight. Expect casualties. As usual there are always variants to assist or hinder your struggle.
There is not much here to report on. This scenario was pretty good from the get go. (Even a blind squirrel…) Just getting detached brigades together is a nuisance, (your welcome), but it is pretty smooth sailing.
