Trojan Virus from this site?

I downloaded the demo a week ago, but have been busy so didn't do much beyond a quick look at it. When I ran a virus scan last night it quarantined an "Artemis" trojan that it said I got at this web site. Exactly what is this, and what should I do with it...remove, restore, keep quarantined, etc?

I should state I am one of the older, semi-computer literate members, and appreciate you help.

Artemis is a false positive message of McAfee.

Thanks, I missed seeing the other thread. Now I can try out the demo without having to worry about wooden horses!
