well the bug is that i seem to have defeated the opposition in the 3rd senario, but the senario hasn't ended. Seeing that there's still enemy officers(no troops) on the field i've cornered them in the map and my score in just increasing, currently on 29,000 points!

tried to add zipped saved game but it's over the 250kb limit.

Save game received. We will take a look at the issue.


EDIT: The real problem is, that the scenario did not end for you. You were able to rout all enemy troops, so the replacement officers can't spawn somewhere else.

Do you have earlier saves of the scenarios? Can you reproduce that the scenarios doesn't end after 45 minutes?
