Hello!

Is regimental commanders with different ratings out of the question or is it something that can be modded in a new OOB?
I've noticed that they are mentioned in some courier dispatches but when I look in the OOB no commander is listed for the different regiments.

I think it would add a lot of flavour and personality to the different regiments.

It's actually possible to make a custom OOB with a regimental commander, and have companies under him.
