How to edit the soundfiles to make them louder:

download and install goldwave free wave editor http://www.goldwave.com/

1) start goldwave
2) File-> Batch Processing
3) Add Files: Select your soundfiles (...\Scourge of War - Gettysburg\
Base\Sounds
4) Process: Select Change Volume 150%
5) Folder: Overwrite existing files
6) Begin

Done in less than 5 minutes
Thats it...all sounds 150% louder (play around a little bit to get your best result)
