I don't know much about this board, except I like it best of the free boards for joomla. I can't upgrade it because my web host refuses to upgrade their php and mysql version and the newest version of the board requires the upgrade. So we're stuck here for now.
A lot of people have had problems changing their avatar (little picture for yourself). I recently found that if I use a gif, it all goes fairly smoothly. No idea why, no idea if it would work all the time, but I thought that I would share.
