No need, I have already downloaded Pipe Creeck and there was no charge to my credit card for the unsuccessful attempts.

Where is the download.? Bought it..have my Installer code...then nothing. I got the invoice so I know the credit card has been charged...never saw button that said DOWNLOAD. Where do I go now?

Which site did you buy it from? I haven't actually bought it so I don't know exactly what the email looks like etc. Hopefully someone else that purchased can offer more detailed advice but either way, the download link should have been in the same email as the installer code.

Yea I now see a link on my copy of the purchase info but how do I get back to there?

I got the download and am now at the registration page where I am to enter my name, company(?) and registration code which I take to mean Installer code. I put my name in that I purchased under, the registration code (installer code) and I am not a company and the "next" is greyed out or inactive. ???????????????????????????????

Try putting something in the company space such as 'na', for 'not applicable'.

I'm embarrassed to say I missed typed one letter in the installer code.
