All,
Well, that didn't work. I've got one more thing I can try. If it doesn't work, I may use Geoff's idea and snail-mail the damn thing to people. At least it would get done. Grrrr....

Jack , Where have you been, I haven't seen a post from you in a while.
Zeke use a upload-system called
MediaFire but I'm not sure if there is a price associated with it!

Best of luck with the mod, fella.
I too use Mediafire but you do have to pay to allow folders to be downloaded by others (its around $40, I think). Individual files can be uploaded or downloaded on the free version, though. Its easy to use, just create a folder in it and drag your files over (it just makes copies and stores them).
If you would like to use my mediafire storage then you are welcome. Just PM me and we should be able to set something up. You could perhaps upload the individual files into a folder on a free version of mediafire and then post me the individual links via PM.
Just a word of note, are you remembering to zip up your files first? I kept forgetting to do that and wondered why it was taking so long to upload.

Okay, finally getting this to work. The above attachment is the first of three Folders for the RevWar Mod, such as it is. What y'all will have to do is put all of them in a SINGLE folder named whatever you want, (RevWar or something), I will explain the rest as soon as I can get the others uploaded.

Like an idiot I was trying to upload the (huge) version straight out of the Mods Section. I need to edit it, (again), today and then try to upload the (much) smaller version tonite. The larger version contains lots of extras that belong to other mods.
