I am receiving an Error while trying to load this map. Here is the error.

Do you have the latest patch? I can't remember if this was fixed in 1.4, or one of the Beta's. What you did by moving the DAT file to the Base\Maps\packages folder works fine as well, but just letting you know this was resolved in one of the recent patches.

Nice creepy Ichabod crane type tree there. I was trying to circle it to get a 360 until I remembered that the sprites are 2D.
No they aren't, keep at it just move faster:)
nice likeness alright!
Man I tried, I swung my rear end around trying to circle that tree, and all it did was keep staring at me.
I recorded a video to introduce the map (I haven't uploaded it yet) to the public (would be nice to make a video for all new additions to SOW, so people can get a glimpse before downloading), you see me trying to circle that tree, and there was no way to get to the back of it. :huh:

Here is a small video introducing the Trevillian Station Map. You will also notice a small glitch in the map design. I won't give you a hint, you will know it when you see it in the video, you can't miss it.
All in all the map is pretty cool, and thanks again for the map. It takes allot of hard work to make these, and please keep them coming!
I am also wondering how difficult it would be to have animated smoke coming from chimneys?

Thanks again to Crikey for this lovely little map. Played our first MP game on it tonight and it being a HITS game we saw all the great details close up, the grasses, flowers, stores of crates and boxes and the chickens in the yards. Its also good to finally see those bleached white split rail fences. They look much better in the flesh than they did in screenshots.
Great map, we'll be playing more games it for sure.

Interesting map. We played a GCM game on it yesterday and the limited visibility really affected how you could use your division. Often players (because we use 200 yards from the saddle) will send a brigade to help on the left and/or a few regiments the other way. But on that map, you can't see far enough to be able to even see a unit only a few hundred yards away.

Just want to report that I used this map this morning and tried to use another OOB and got an immediate CTD. This was a sandbox game and perhaps we can only use the OOB that came with the download.

No, it works with any OOB. You did do the fix Little Powell suggests elsewhere in this thread, or redownloaded the corected version, yes?

Yes. I actually downloaded the mod after the announced fix. I'll try it again today.
