Not quite a straight line
How big are the people going to be? You can fit an entire division into that field!
Looks amazing!
Are you going to try and throw in some boulders?
One suggestion: due to your high level of detail and the scale of the map, you will need to devote a fair amount of time to creek-making. Perhaps just a pet-peeve of mine, but the creeks in the stock maps just don't have the detail that they should. My advice is to get some pictures of Plum Run (Slaughter Pen area) during Gettysburg and try to recreate that on the map. However, that is your choice; you are the map-maker and you have the decision what to include. I'll play the map either way

That looks great, I was wandering what you are up to. I havent seen any fires burning at your camp these past few days so I havent talked to you. That could be used for a freshly planted field, or you could run a small line of terrain sprites/textures along each green row to give the appearance of weeds among the crops and in between those furrows. Send em my way when you are finished so I may explore possibilities. I also re-textured several old TC2M objects and SOW objects. They are uploaded on the server in the package used on my Pleasant Hill map, feel free to use em. They are better than the ones a sent a few days ago. Again, fantastic job!

The creeks and water are a tremendous pain in the rear, we are all trying to figure out how to get it to look right. Not quite a straight line![]()

Jack - Thanks for the comments!
Hancock - it might hold an brigade, I haven't had the time to place any troops in the area, still experimenting with the graphics.
As mentioned by 2nd Texas - the creeks are pending at the moment!
2nd_Texas - Hey, I sent you and Crikey the latest field files that I posted here.
A couple of more pictures below!

Well, now that you mentioned that, it does seem to appear to be a lot of idle time between the battles, maybe the regiments can play against each other. It looks like maybe the field is big enough for a football game !!!![]()
I sure do hope that the guy that plowed that huge field isn’t home at the time!
Jumping Topic - still searching for a new road terrain file!
