Mess activation suddenly goes not valid and redownload not going on Help

Well It Did it again, went to play game, said file was corrupt. Went back to demo only so I unistalled then installed the 1.1 Version after saving my mods and removing them from folder. Game started this thing of activation code in use by another player would not deactivate after complete clean unistall. Sent Norb message and code at Sow support waiting on response very frustrated guys, turned of firewall and microsoft antiviruse and still would not deactivate so I could reactivate.............Man I was wanting to play today oh Bother!!!!!!!!!! Someone hold me.

Looks like MSE got a new update and the DLL was flaged once more.

The question is why didn't you add the SOWGB folder to the exception list?

Explain to me how to do this please I am not sure how to do this I guess?

If this happens again, please take a screenshot and send it to us. I would like to see the exact error message. Maybe we can figure out what's going on. There really is nothing in the latest dll to flag virus scanners. Can you think of anything at all that you have done on your computer since the last time it worked? Defrag, virus scan, install something new. There are very few of these issues compared to the numbers that have bought the game, but I know that they are a royal pain for those that have them.

The only thing I can think of is that every time I open the game the screen resolution is changed for some odd reason this happens after closing and re opening it the only daily activity is Msn running a security update on defintions. I did install open office a few days ago but other than that I know of nothing elese. Thanks for your help Kind Sir it is very much appreciated. I am up and running again. However still maybe I Should put this on the exceptions List if someone well tell me how, and yes I will send you a copy of the message if it comes up again but here again not sure how, sorry I just have never used that feature before.

In MSE, it's in the settings. You can exclude files, or whole folders from the virus scanner.

Next time it comes up, hit the print screen button on your keyboard. Then open paint and do a paste. You should get the entire screen in there and can send it to us.
