Explorer worked like a charm. A bit slow for such a huge file ... but that's just me because I had to download it 3 times. So... with firefox it didn't work but with Explorer it did and the readme file was interesting on the .ini file. I'm going to work on that later.

Hope this may be helpfull before first full patch is released.

I had the game screen resolution set at 1680x1050 (Monitor Native)

I have just installed the Beta Patch.

Now the max screen resolution in the game options is 1600x1200.

If this is a bug in the beta, I am sure you would not want to carry this over to the first full patch.

1680x1050 is smaller than 1600x1200, so you should check if it is available if you decrease the resolution setting.

I don't understand how that could happen. I didn't touch any of that code. The list of resolutions come from directx. We do not hardcode the list. We use something called enumerate drivers and it gives back a list of supported resolutions. This is nothing that I messed with recently as it's something that just works. Have you done anything with your video drivers lately.

Intalled patch today.

Then had restricion.

I will try re-booting. see if this makes any differance.
