As for the mod not working through the updater, I just tested it and I must have uploaded it wrong, I think I fixed it so it should work now if you run the updater again.
As for duplicate maps in the sandbox list, I have no idea. I have never seen that.

What's especially odd is that the double listings are ghosted. The list looks like this: (I'm making up the names because I can't recall them exactly)
Mac map
North town
Pickett and friends
Devils den
Kansas
Mac map
North town
Pickett and friends
Devils den
Kansas
And when you select one (like "pickett and friends"),
both entries get highlighted. I've never seen anything like it.

Does it do this only when you have the TexturedMinimaps mod enabled? If so try removing the mod through the updater, and reinstalling it. If it does this even without the mod, I have no idea.

Excellent! Do you have JPEGs of the other maps? I would like to print them out.

Hi Garnier
The latest patch naturally overwrote any of your minimaps pasted in the base/maps directory.
I have elsewhere on file, due to carelessness on my part, only the early pre-SDK version of your map without the location names.
I went back to your original post but one download source there now refuses on a technicality whilst the other generates files that my unzip program claims are not genuine ZIP files.
Could you help me please by checking-out and re-posting the links.
Best regards,

I just tested the link at the beginning of the first post and it still works, the zip files aren't corrupted. Perhaps your download got corrupted?

Hi Garnier,
Thanks for the reply
Well, your "Masters of the Field" site may like you but it doesn't like me.
This is the answer that I got !!!
Directory has no index file.
Browsing this site or directory without an index file is prohibited.
If you are the site's webmaster, you can remedy this problem by creating a default HTML page with one of the following names:
* index.html
* index.htm
* default.htm
* Default.htm
* home.html
* Home.chtml
NOTE: Filenames are case sensitive, i.e., Home.html is not the same as home.html
_________________________________________________________________________________
Both Winzip and Quickzip are declining to extract the ZIP file from the other download citing "an archive file which is not a true ZIP file"
I have tried it three times with the same result.
Would someone else care to try a test ?

It's the first link in the post, the one that is actually a zip, that you should use. I just tried it on my computer at work and it worked here. Something's wrong with either your download, or your unzipping software.

Thanks Garnier
Got them on about the eighth attempt when they finally auto-unzipped.
It was the manual un-ZIP they objected to for some reason.
Thanks for your help

I've added the road names as well as some creek and hill names to these. The main download link works and has the update. See the first post to see what they look like.
