For me the download is showing 272 MB.... 1.92GB installed

How many bytes are the 272MB exactly?
And what's the size of the KS.lsl?

The download is showing 285.938.842 bytes in size.
The KS.lsl is showing 3433kb.

The sizes are correct. Did you re-install the demo?

Yes I reinstalled but still received the level not found error when hosting. Have not been able to join anyone else that is hosting yet successfully although I will keep trying.

Please try a "connect direct to an IP address" game.
Just click the "host" button and on the next page "create a scenario game" -> "set scenario" -> "launch game".

Ok ... I have things running now. Am able to host in the lobby or IP to IP. Stupid me....I just was not pressing the select scenario button!!!!!.... Failed to take notice of it. I thought the scenarios would just show up automatically.
