Can you guys give a bit more info now?

I loved the game when it first came out, but now it lost its appeal a bit, I explained that in another topic on the forum.

The release of the SDK didnt do much for me, so I am very very curious about what the patch is going to do and what else you have, something else big as you say.

Do you maybe already have a fix list or something? I want to go at it again (and frankly, I want to finish WL04 as well).

I can't be too specific - but I will say that we have worked on a fix for WL04. The, 'something big' was posted on matrix boards yesterday - we are launching the game on steam.

And there I was hoping it would be a map pack for one or more of the other maps of the 100 days campaign

Common sense tells me it would be better to fix the game in some areas first and then launch on Steam - or since the Steam launch is at Nov 19th perhaps we get the patch before that?

it would be nice to see the patch as a beta released here, as with previous releases. We can sometimes catch some stuff before it goes official.

+1 Seems eminently sensible. However, with a week to go to Steam release there is no sign of a patch.

Sorry everyone - the post launch, quick fix, 'beta patch' was the exception rather than the rule. We have always tested our own patches and the beta was a once-off designed to fix launcher issues. It was a change of terminology rather than testing practice.

The patch exe is already with Matrix, is being prepped and will be with you ASAP
