LOL! I can empathize.
The other day I was making some enchiladas. It's a common saying in New Mexico, in fact our state motto, "Red or Green" referring to the type of chile for those not familiar with it.
What came out of my mouth? "Blue or Grey?". She just looked at me and shook her head.
That's what 20+ tries of GB-11 on normal will do to a man.

The phase of replaying games in your head will pass - although not entirely.
Ps. I know for a fact that RichMac can relate, lol
Ha! I've run the whole gamut Mikesla....
I've spent morning showers thinking about how to better protect my artillery. I've laid in bed for hours, unable to sleep, wondering how I can successfully assault Aps Knob. I've spent hours at work thinking about ways to improve game mechanics. I've stared at the countryside while driving, thinking "that would be a nice ridge to defend. I could place my artillery on that rise on my right flank."
These are all signs of a sickness. However, it's a sick world, so just accept it for what it is.
The way I see it, I'd rather be playing this than mindlessly watching TV. I could be out at the bar, but I'm home with the family (even if I'm glued to the computer). I'm sure that you are a bad person, but it has nothing to do with Gettysburg. Keep up the good work and, for Christ's Sake, convince the wife that high-speed is good for HER

You know, for some odd reason I really think thats pretty cool, disturbing but cool

I will, I have no choice anymore, the game has me by the kahoonies, withdrawl is not a nice thing.
The way I see it, I'd rather be playing this than mindlessly watching TV.
That is so true. There's nothing worth watching anymore. The only thing I watch are documentaries. Never wish to say in public that I would watch PBS, but now it's about one of the better channels out there.

That is what I tell her, I don't go to the bars, hang out with the guys, but nope, not yet anyway.
I'm sure that you are a bad person, but it has nothing to do with Gettysburg.
I'm bad too the bone....
Cheers, and I'm happy I have a long way to go yet...

Mikesla,
Good to know I'm not alone in my love of this game. My first MP I was almost strung up trying to get rid of the Yankee's while my daughter is standing over me with money in her hand from my wife . I was commissioned to go to Albertaco's and get dinner and I kept holding them off while trying to win the game. In the back ground of the Infantry rifle noise was this constant rumbling of " Come on Dad , Food, we are hungery, "Mom Dad's not moving" So It is a miracle that I survived at all. Got to go now and get the little girls to bed. I'll be back!
