To send a file, just attach the file to your email. You can right click on it and go to send to -> compressed folder and then send that zip file. I'm no good at explaining this stuff, but you have to wait for another crash.

Have not played another game so it is still in the auto save file.

Have not installed any patches including the beta patch.

J's problem I wish to avoid too by not adding any mods and such till all the stock GB stuff is tamed, don't need to make things more complicated than they already are.

You should download an install the beta patch. Just install over your current game. You won't lose any settings or saved games. It fixes some crashes and it's very hard for us to know if a crash is fixed or new if you don't have it installed.
