Norb,

Downloaded and installed patch OK... played twelve odd minutes of a Saved game that originally crashed after about five minutes.... all worked great.

No problems so far... :).

All the best,
Kip.

Norb: Would you consider this a bug that requires a saved game to be sent to you!

This happened before and after the patch, it's where enemy artillery will march right up to the line, almost always way ahead of their Infantry support.

I did save the game, but I think that the coding pushes them too far, too fast!

That is a bug, but not the type that I am fixing for the first patch. That is an AI bug and it could do with scenario design, csv file entries, or code. Please send a saved game and fully describe the issue. We will look at it, but probably not for the first patch.

All just fine.... :).

What kind of "stopped responding well to commands"?

It should be enough to install the release over it.

Probably a corrupt download.

Hard to believe... downloaded the file twice with Firefox and got the same error message twice. I also tried with Orbit download (dl manager) but I guess the URL is not setup for such kind of connection so I had to use the browser. I'll give it another try with explorer and I hope it works.
