Question about Troop Qualities

I was wondering what the troop qualities were and how many levels of them there are. What is the standard for each side? Perhaps this will give us waiters some interesting things to think about, waiting for the scenarios!

If I remember correctly, they are all the same as in TC2M...except for the secret high-lvl quality that only LP and I know.
