In sandbox I never get mixed infantry/cavalry units

In sandbox I never get mixed infantry/cavalry units

In sandbox I would like to have at least one or two regiments of cavalry, but I only get cavalry when I play the whole army. I there any way to get a division with a regiment of cavalry?
