Artillery

Post by BOSTON »

Anyone

It's bothered me for some time that there is no command button for a battery officer to have the whole battery to unlimber (be ready to fire) in TC2M. Particuliarly when there is no enemy targets. I was wondering if anybodyelse had picked up on not having that feature. It is a PITA to go to each gun to click for it to unlimber if you are anticipating a fight at that location. NSD, Have there been any new GB Artillery commands added/changed from the old games?

Unlimber Sir. Works most of the time. Problem arises when 1 gun is unlimbering, the command goes away. That's why I include a 'force unlimber' command on my toolbars...works most of the time. Also, TC those stubborn gun commanders, they like to countermand your orders.

Battery limber and battery unlimber are already installed and working.

It also drives me crazy when while meeting the enemy all my batteries end up unlimbering into one huge cluster#$%& before I can get the division online :) .
