Mouse height scroll?

Hey guys!

So I'm trying to play the entire Antietam expansion again and for some weird reason my mouse scroll is not working. I could have SWORN that mouse scroll works with this game given the massive amount of hours I have on the game.

I looked at options both in game and in the menu and there isn't an option to toggle mouse scroll on/off.

If someone could point me in the right direction that would be grand.

Check your difficulty level, anything above Normal restricts the camera.

So just tried to adjust a few games' difficulty level (both in Gettysburg, Antietam and Cville), no luck. Any other ideas?

If you're on Normal settings, only a mod will limit camera movements.

Reb - other than playing the game in the saddle, I have never known that this game allows anyone to change the in-game height settings!

I can't think of anyway to stop or prevent the game from using the default settings which is the mouse wheel will adjust it no matter what settings!

How do you stop the camera from moving up?

Welp, does GCM mod limit the camera movement? If so, then I think we found the culprit!
