Pts is the number of upgrade points that you have to spend on each unit. So these are the ones you can train.
Grd is the grade of that unit in the previous battle.
Wnd is wounded, these will recover in time when resting - the green text above that menu lists the replenishment rates.
ECas is enemy casualties, shows how many they killed in the previous battle.

How do you know who is in training? How do you know who has been trained & can you select more than one unit at a time or do you have to click on each one individually to be trained?Pts is the number of upgrade points that you have to spend on each unit. So these are the ones you can train.

What is the maximum\minimum size of an Army in the campaign. I haven't managed to have an army bigger than two Corps.
