British leave la haye sainte unmanned

in the army vs army scenario, the british
leave la haye-sante un-guarded. they have three
battallions hiding in the small forest in the south.
but if you rout them, the farm remains empty.
i've tried it with no mods, and it has happened more than once.

that's a very small problem, but i'd like to send
some french regiments to die in the meatgrinder

They may have decided to take cover somewhere else, or support their peer units. It's hard to tell. They start out in LHS, that's for sure.

In the Army scenarios, the enemy is given general orders at the start, and the rest is up to them to decide what to do.
