Chancellorsville - No trees anywhere!

I have followed the instructions.

I registered my products Gettysburg, Antietam, Chancellorsville.

Downloaded Matrix Patch 1.5 for Gettysburg and Antietam

Downloaded Patch 1.6 on the site.

Redownloaded Chancellorsville.

Still no trees.. Please help..

I get this when I try to download the 1.6 Chancellorsville standalone patch]

There are several threads addressing this issue, here's one:

The log file will show what version you are running. You must be updated as you see by the thread. I know you think you got the latest updates, but something is obviously amiss. Maybe using the CV standalone patch is the issue, make sure you're not trying to run the standalone and the add on, this will cause issues.

I looked at my log and I have this

Game Launched
08:35:08 Version:SOWGB
1.6000

I followed the steps in the threads.
I registered my Gettysburg and Antietam and Chancellorsville.
I clicked on the registered download for Gettysburg and Antietam on Matrix. The download says its 1.5 but I downloaded it anyway because that's what the instructions said.
Nothing worked.
I then downloaded the patch 1.6 Gettysburg, It still doesnt' work.
Could it be a mod I have?

I would say to disable all of the Mods that you have activated, but I think that the problem is that your game is not updating to the latest version for one reason or another.

How would I know if it is activated? I download it and it says it successful.

Disabled all mods still no trees. Kinda annoyed at this point. Is there anything else you can think of that I can do?

One of the Team-Members should arrive shortly to give you a better answer than I can give you.

But, to answer your question, the only other thing that I can think of would be to check your directory to see if you have more than one Install of the game.

To put that another way, do you have the original NorbSoftDev install, and a separate Matrix install?

If you do, make sure that you are installing the patch to the correct one.
