Cleaburn hey, how is everything going!

Well, you got me, I've never heard of that error before.

Try using the SOWGB.exe - from the games directory and see if that works any better.

Also - does the game give you any type of error in the SOWGB.log file?

I'm sure one of the Team-Members will have a better answer than I do.

Hey, Cleaburn - Do a Google Search for Windows 7 + Invalid Format - and see if any of that applies to you. I just did it but I'm not sure what to look for!

Nothing much, just watching some movies!

I'm thinking that it might have something to do with the Screen Resolution but that is just guessing!

In the SOWGB.ini file that is located in the Work folder - my settings are .....

[Initialization]
Full Screen=1
Screen Res=2
AntiA=16
Anso=16
MipMaps=5

But, I'm not sure how that would have changed for you, unless you changed the resolution of your monitor!

OK, I think that everyone has a slightly different setting, mine is set to represent 1360x768 so that probably will not work for you.

Any chance that you have multiple copies of the game Installed, such as the old SOW game, and then the newer Matrix game.

That way, you could go back and see what the settings were in the older SOW game.

Otherwise, you might have to change the Computer's Resolution back to what it was before you changed it. And, then start the game and see if that corrects the problem.

It might be a way of doing all of this by inputting the correct resolution in the SOWGB.ini file, but I'm not sure of the correct values.
