Game is freezing randomly

I have a few issues in my game.....
1 (not really an issue). I read somewhere on this forum that you needed to have the 1.5 patch before downloading 1.6. However, I downloaded 1.6 before downloading any previous patches (such as 1.5), and the 1.6 patch installed fine. (note: all the issues I have occurred when I had the original version and the 1.6 patch)

2 (main problem). When I play in any mission or in sandbox, my game (not my computer) will run for maybe 20-30 minutes and then randomly freeze up, but when I Ctrl-Alt Delete, it says the game is running. This may happen because I have an integrated graphics card, and on the matrix website it says the graphics card shouldn't be integrated into the motherboard. However, the game, like I said before, does work for awhile, so I'm a little confused. (In sandbox, this happens when I play on division vs. division and corps vs. corps. I have not tried brigade or army battles)(My computer has all the other requirements)

3. In multiplayer, when I create an account and then click to join the lobby, the game shows a message that says "Account already logged in" and nothing happens. I have fun playing sandbox by myself so this isn't really a pressing issue for me, but it'd be nice if it worked.

1. You don't need 1.5 before 1.6. 1.6 has everything you need.

2. That's probably low framerates. What are the rest of your computer specs? The game can run well on pretty much any computer made in the last 5 years but some machines have to scale back the graphic options. Try reducing the tree percentage and terrain draw distance.

3. I have not heard of this issue before. It does this even if you exit the game? If any other MP regulars have seen this, please chime in.

OS:Windows 7
CPU:Intel Core i5 2.30GHz (I'm pretty sure its dual core as well)
Memory:4 GB RAM
Hard Disk (I definitely have enough)
Directx Version: 11 or 10
Resolution: 1366x768
Graphics: Intel HD Graphics Family (integrated)(64MB Dedicated, 1632MB Shared)

About MP, I exited the game and now when I try to login, the game freezes right when I press join lobby (The game freezes so that the "join lobby" button is still highlighted red after clicking it).

So after decreasing things like tree precentage and terrain draw distance to about half of what I had (which were similar to the defaults), I played completely through one of the short missions (The one where Barksdale's brigade attacks Peach Orchard). With the original graphics settings, the game froze about halfway through that mission. However, after turning the graphics as low as possible, the game still froze in one of my saved sandbox missions.

Also I forgot to mention, whenever I finish a mission, the game always freezes the second before the mission is over, so if the mission is supposed to end at 5:00:00, the game will freeze at 4:59:59. Again, when I Ctrl-Alt Delete, it says the game is running.

My guess is that all, or most, of these issues are because of my lack of dedicated memory on my graphics card, but I'm not all an expert at these sort of things.

You are very likely correct on the video card. The official minimum specs are for a 256 MB video card (not shared). I am somewhat surprised that the game runs at all on your setup. Hopefully you will be able to manage an upgrade to your video card. Places like NewEgg.com have a wide variety of video cards available to fit nearly any price range.

Oh ok thanks! So when you say you're surprised, you're only referring to the amount of dedicated memory on my graphics card? Or are you talking about my other computer specs.

The video card dedicated memory. The rest of your specs are adequate to run the game.
