Download source for Chancellorsville

I've installed a new hard drive and I was anticipating being able to download all the games from Matrix, where I dutifully registered them all a while ago.

The Matrix website confirms that I have a registered serial number for Chancellorsville, but it says that a download is not available.

Where do I access the Chancellorsville download?

You'll want to contact Matrix support for that. To be honest I'm not sure how they are currently handling that situation. They are usually very quick to respond.

I have gone to the Matrix site and attempted to submit a helpdesk ticket on this issue.

To complete the ticket, I am asked to fill in the description field.

The description field will not accept text.

Yes, I did log in.

There are no other methods of contacting Matrix.
