Trouble logging into Multiplayer

Hello all,

I was attempting to log into the multiplayer lobby to play a game of multiplayer. I entered a username and password into the appropriate fields in the multiplayer menu and clicked on join lobby but nothing happened. I also clicked on the create new account button and again nothing happened. Is there something that I am doing wrong?

I made an account on that website and filled in the username and password in the multiplayer lobby and still nothing happens when I click on enter lobby.

I'm guessing you have to wait for the confirmation through through your email.

I got a confirmation through email and followed the directions there and tried logging into multiplayer and it still will not work.

Double check that you're using the exact user name and password you received in the confirmation email. Make sure everything's filled out in the MP window. Also, do you get the "Invalid...." error message when you click to enter lobby?

Meanwhile, please state your OS, game release number (upper left corner of opening screen), graphics card make and specs...so the REAL SOW tech guys can help with this issue.
