I have no idea what is wrong here. I have uninstalled, Installed, and still nothing... I use Revo Uninstaller (one of the best darn Utils anywhere). I installed version 1.50, installed patch version 1.60 (still no replay option to be seen), then I installed patch 1.61. I'll keep trying. It's not like I can't figure this out.No, it is still on my Single Player Screen.

Something messed up with installing 1.5 because Deactivate is in the lower right corner. DRM was eliminated with 1.5, and the necessity to Deactivate is history, as well as the option. Are you registered and installing through Matrix Games?

I do have an account with Matrix, and that is where I downloaded the 1.61 patch. I'll visit Matrix, and download the latest version they have up for download. I'll get back to you, and tell you how it went.Something messed up with installing 1.5 because Deactivate is in the lower right corner. Thanks RB for the help.

Re: Hmmmm, no Load Replay Option. (patch v1.61)
Hi.
This is how I installed SOW the first time.
#1: I installed version 1.50
#2: Installed Patch 1.60 (I didn't know if 1.61 is complete or incremental). I also noticed that the replay option was missing 1.60 version.
#3: Installed patch 1.61
#4: No Replay option can be seen.
New Install...
I uninstalled SOW using Revo. It Uninstalled the game, cleaned the registry, and any lingering files & folders.
I tried downloading the 1.50 demo from here, and both times it stopped in mid stream of course causing it to become corrupt which forced me to install 1.40.
#1: Installed SOW 1.4
#2: Installed 1.61 final patch.
Now the game is working fine. Thanks for the help guys!
Cheers!

Re: Hmmmm, no Load Replay Option. (patch v1.61)
Hi,
I have had the same problem with the patch v1.61. Recently returned the game after a long break (October 2012) updated from Matrix but have now lost the replay feature with the deactivate message appearing on the single player screen. Have all the games except Chancellorsville – all running fine apart from this annoying problem. Being computer illiterate not sure why this should happen - seems I have to start all over again with a new install?

Are you positive that you installed the 1.61 patch? It should say the version in the top left corner. It should not have a deactivate option.

Thanks for getting back. Yes 1.6100 is there top left. The update was done simply by checking for updates and all games now report latest version is being used. Before the update there was no deactivate button and i can remember watching battle replays last year.

I'm at a loss. If you are running 1.61, there's no way it could have the deactivate button and no replay. It's not possible. Thanks for getting back. Yes 1.6100 is there top left. I would try a re-install of the full matrix version. I know thats a pain, but sometimes starting over is the only option with a corrupt game.
