Game crashes on multiplayer :(

Game crashes on multiplayer :(
Been playing w/ garniers campaign and the guys for almost 4 years. Up until recently Im having issues w/ multiplayer. Constantly crashes within 5 minutes of the game starting be it that Im hosting or just joining in. Using windows 8. Ive got it set in compatibility mode. Was not having any issues until about 2 months ago. Ive checked my ram etc its a brand new computer. Any suggestions is most apreciated thanks.

I have always thought that it was Windows 8 giving you your problems. We had a new player Cal who had the same exact problem as you and he was never able to work it out either. He would get in game, but drop at about 5 minutes in.
There are players who use windows 8 and it works fine for Sp.
Because you kept dropping I asked many mp guys how many used windows 8 and the number was zero. If there are players who mp with windows 8 please speak up and prove me wrong or tell Vegas what you did to make it work.
From what I have read and heard Windows 8 is a wash and should be avoided. Windows 7 is a good system.
