Since I have been posting World War One flight sims, I thought I would add this too the mix. [Video Included]

We're gamers, so here is a good place to discuss other games you are playing or are curious about.

I haven't played this one in a real long time, and normally I don't play it. I'm more hooked on playing The Over Flanders Field conversion but since I have been posting about WW1 PC flight sims I thought I would post this small video I recently made...

Special Note for those might care, I am looking into something interesting, and if I can get it to work, I will be sharing it with you, and no, it has nothing to do with games. :silly:

Cheers!

Mate, try ROF.

Here is why...A flight sim should actually simulate the experience of flight, essentially how it feels to pilot and fly an aircraft. This is what ROF excels at. I admit the campaign experience isn't as good as OFF, but that said, if you want to feel how these planes actually behaved, ROF is your game of choice.

Of course like any PC game there are limitations, but from one who has flown light aircraft and many other real life pilots, you cannot get more authentic than ROF on your PC.

In an ideal world OFF and ROF would exist side by side and they should do. In a better world they would get together and make the ultimate flight sim. Until that happens (never) see just how a SE5 really flies and garner more appreciation for the real chaps that flew it.

I have Squid_UK, and I'm messing around with it (thanks btw). Right now I am trying to download the latest version of the Campaign Generator which is 11.4 I think, and I'm still waiting for the person who validates registrations to activate my account so I can download the file.

Two days now, and he still hasn't validated me.

Thanks Squid_UK. :)
