Missing scenarios and weird launch menu?

Looks like what Davinci mentioned above in an earlier post :

This is usually a message that means the game can't find the map that you selected

Your log syas that it could not find :

19:06:16 PR: (ERROR) Level not found 1_McPherson.lsl

There's no reason that it should ever not find that map. It's one of our first and included in everything we released. I suggest reinstalling from scratch. Something is obviously messed up and files are somehow missing. This file should be in base/maps and I don't know how it could not be there or not be able to be found. You might make sure that you have all mods disabled and retry if you are using mods.
