Cant install 1.5 patch

Tried Reg edit to find my Game code key, but its not there, seem to have lost it in my email, when i downloaded the game a few years ago, Right what happends now?? I am at a loss as why we should need to enter our serial codes never had to before when we had a patch to download??
Is someone at Norbsoft going to address this Mess!! What has Matrix to do with all of this???
Can we just have the normal patch download please??

Right have found the code for scourge of war after much searching, and also For the Antietam battle aswell, all works fine.

But I am still at a loss to understand why this new route for updates has been taken, I am sure many customers may well have trouble finding there codes!

Hey, Braxton Bragg - Check the Link below once you have the serial-codes from NSD .

If you don't remember your codes there's a good chance we can look them up for you. So email our activation guru at activate at norbsoftware dot com and we'll find your codes for you.

Note - Once you have the codes - Send them to your E-Mail Address and just store them there.

This way if the Computer ever goes down - the codes will still be available.

How long do we have to wait for a code? When you pay for a product, you expect to be able to USE that product, not wait 2 days for an answer in an email.

As is usually the case I believe your code has been sent to you in a matter of hours, not days.

I do thank you VERY much for the rapid response to this, and I furthermore apologize for any ill feelings it caused.

I guess I'm just too used to being told "wait a few days and it will be fixed" by other companies I have dealt with in the recent past.

Again, thank you for the code and, furthermore your game is outstanding, I would not have bought the 2 expansions otherwise
