Getting rid of the Motion Blur, and HDR effects from ARMA 2, and ARMA 2 OA

I have been getting headaches from playing ARMA 2/OA, and I soon found out that the Motion Blur, and HDR has been causing me this problem (yes certain games I play cause me to have bad headaches).

I came across this small mod that works, and also will increase the FPS a bit as well. This mod does work with ARMA2/OA, and the latest patches. I thought they were going to allow people to turn these options off, but so far I haven't found the settings.
