Hard Drive Failure

Game won't run. Keeps crashing. Hopefully we won't get any posts here, but if we do, we'll try to help you out. You can also post any bugs that you find here. IMPORTANT: Don't post mod related problems here!

Hard Drive Failure

Post by Flanyboy »

So my computer suffered a Hard Drive failure and I had to get a new one. However, Since Scourge of War Gettysburg was on the old Hard Drive I lost that and can't deactivate it because the HDD is irretrievable.

I got a solid state drive and a new HDD now but can't install my copy of Scourge of War Gettysburg because the system says it's still active on another computer. :(

Is there anything that can be done to help?

Send an email to activate@norbsoftware.com. Include the email you got when you purchased the game. They'll take care of you.

email activate@norbsoftware.com

I'm not one of the tech guys, so I just copied this from another thread. Pretty sure you have to include you activation code number, probably where you bought it, and whatever other purchase info you have.

Hope this helps.

Ok that was resolved... Anyone know how the map packs work? I thought I had the 24 month package where you can retrieve them for up to 24 months but can't find any emails, even receipts.

F,

These are issues you need to take up with the Activation folks. Shoot them an email with your problem and they'll help you.
