William,

Here is the OOB you requested.

No Bavarians - just French and Austrians.
Heavy on Infantry
Rough parity on Guns (Medium)
Thin on Cavalry (Can reduce this even more if you need. Some of the Austrian Divisions need the Cavalry they have to do their job.)
Austrian Infantry have had thier close combat ability reduced as requested
Sprite Ratio 4
French - 57,000 men plus.
Austrian - 68,000 Men plus.

Lst me know what you think. Enjoy!

Like Redcoat and Blaugrana were asking, we really need a thread where files can be posted but there's no discussion, aka a file repository, then everyone can go there for their downloads.

I agree. Except I have no idea how to do it. Someone else will have to step up there.

Would love to, Gunship, except I don't know how. Never had to do it before.

Its the opposite of unzipping. Literally. I think Windows 7 even has its own zip utility.

If you right click on an OOB file in windows there should be options like "Add to archeive..", or "Add to filename.zip" or something like that, Windows has a built in zip feature. I use 7zip which is great and free.

So select all your OOB files and Add them to an archieve, then it should be smaller enough to upload it here.

All,

Am posting what will probably be my last "Wagram Campaign" OOB. I reiterate, this is a "game" OOB. It follows organizations I believe would be more in tune with an "on the March" situation - mostly for the French.

Notes are as follows:

Numbers for all units are drawn from "Crisis on the Danube" by James H. Arnold, based on the beginning of the Campaign itself.

Numbers for all units are an average based on total Corps/Korps returns divided by the number of Battalions in the Corps/Korps itself.

All French Divisions now have a Cavalry Brigade,(Regiment really), attached. I felt if players wanted to play as Division commanders, they would not be thrilled if caught out by Opposing Cavalry. Squares only go so far.

The French-Bavarians outnumber the Austrians by some 5,000 men. However, the Austrians have an edge in Guns and Cavalry.

The French Corps Reserve Artillery has been absorbed into the Line Divisions. Again, French Division Commanders would be outgunned by the Austrians in a straight fight, so I beefed them up a bit.

I cut back on the Austrian Guns - they still have A LOT of Guns, still more than the French-Bavarians.

I have dropped the converged Voltigeur Battalions from Davout's 3rd. Corps Divisions. If players want them back, I can easily add them back. Oudinot's 2nd. Corps Division has enough Legere Battalions, some can be detached to screen the gloriously advancing French Ligne Infantry.

I left out the Old Guard. If someone wants them in, I'll be happy to customize them in for you.

After this, I will put all the OOBs together as suggested in a ZIP archive and post it for ease of access.

Left me know what you think. Enjoy!

Okay, so minor adjustment here - Just realized one of the German units is wearing Hungarian uniforms. Have changed that so they are all correct now. Sorry about that.
