Help!

Post by william1993 »

This morning it stopped working. It worked last night. Last night I downloaded some online movie players and this morning it won't work. I uninstalled the movie players and the game, and are re-downloading it to re activate it. Do you think it will work then? Any other ideas?

Hi William. Sorry you're having problems. We're going to need more information to help us troubleshoot. When does it stop working? Main screen? A scenario? Any error messages?

Let us know if reinstalling does the trick. Could have been a virus or something that hitched a ride with one of those movie players.

It don't start at all. When it should load the starting screen it just goes black and then says stop working., And the reinstallation did not help

Try this:

1. Completely uninstall game. Make sure you deactivate first.
2. Remove those movie players and run a full virus scan.
3. Install game using the latest version: http://www.scourgeofwar.com/Downloads/S ... r1_301.exe

see, it won't even get to the deactivation/activation screen. It stops before it gets there

You can just send your code to activate at scourge of war dot com and we'll reset it for you.

Check your email. Pipe Creek doesn't need to be reset, it does not use activation.

Now you should be able to completely uninstall, reinstall, re-activate. Good luck.

Thank you. But I wonder will it work because before, I could not even get to the main screen to where I would put an activation code in. So I am uninstalling it. I shall try again
