Activation Problems
I downloaded the game a couple days ago from scourge of war and purchased an activation code from fastspring. The scenarios seemed to work fine but the sandbox games were unplayable. When I checked my code on the website it told me invalid product code. Please help I am not very computer savvy.

Make sure you have the 1.3 patch installed. Sandbox vs. scenarios have nothing to do with activation. It told you the code was invalid because you are using it. So that's correct. You have some other issue you are seeing and it's probably just running with too many men for your system and nothing to do with activation.
