activation problem

hello, first of all i love this game, but yesterday my game accidentally got corruped and i had to reinstall but i forgot to deactivate the license first. ive already emailed them about this and ive been wating awhile for them to get back to me, i sent my activate file already. I'm really anxious to play this could someone please fix this for me i hope they dont make me wait till tomorrow. thanks in advance.

The question is why your game got corrupted. Reinstalling the game also won't affect the activation if done properly.

well i just bought this game and my version was 1.2 i forgot to patch to 1.3 and i installed a mod called gcm. so i guess it only works with 1.3 and i guess thats why it got corruped, but anyway lesson learned.
they just reset my code so problem solved, thanks again you guys are awesome and have great support, very addicted to this game:)

So the game wasn't corrupt, the mod was just incompatible and you took the wrong steps to fix it.

Removing the mod should have been the right one, because no mod can modify the game's stock data files.
