A few things that don't work...to go in Patch 1.3 when fixed?
Here are some things that don't work for my game:
sowgb.ini file:
[Debug]
MPLog=1
DbgLvl=0
NoAI=0
AlphaOmega=1
DrawTiles=0
And I still can't command troops on both sides.
I have a problem with the dbgLvl, none of the options work, and the draw tiles, which never show up when set to 1. I haven't tested the AI function yet. In addition, there are no MPLogs to be found in the Work folder. Any chance that these may be fixed?
Also, in the drills.csv, the can't move function does not work. Regiments in a formation that you put as can't wheel and can't move can still move when I click the ground in front of them. (Though they can't wheel when I try to make them.) Is this fixable? I assume that it is supposed to opperate similar to how broken units can't move when you try to make them.
In addition, the division and corps level detachment buttons don't work (so you can reorganize your units, like the brigade detach unit function).
If these fixes could get in the final 1.3 patch, that would be lovely.

Everything looks right.. I'm not sure why that's not working for you. Not sure if it has anything to do with it, but where do you have the options in your log? Mine are at the top under the [Initialization] section. And remember you need a =1 to turn the function on.

Just checked the above with a new install of 1.3, and they all work as advertised. Maybe attach your sowgb.ini file and we can check it out.Here are some things that don't work for my game:

Copied your sowgb, replaced it over mine, fired up a sandbox play...and everything worked as advertised...saw and controlled all units (AlphaOmega), no fighting allowed (NOAI), tiles were present, et al.
Must be something else on your end...the file is fine.

Hancock - Couple questions. Are you able to change other options in your game and see the results? Not sure if maybe the file is Read Only.
This is the sowgb.ini file found in your Work folder correct? Just making sure you aren't editing it and putting it somewhere else..

It was read-only, so I fixed that; I'll see if it works now.
