2 eggs over-easy, bacon, grits(not instant!), and biscuits.

And I like my coffee strong! Like I heard it in the Ken Burns documentary; "strong enough to float an iron wedge."

11 yrs in the Kitchen.

Steak 'n 2 eggs over easy (a thick slice of ham'll if no steak around)
Hash browns
One slice whole wheat buttered toast
Coffee, cream no sugar

I'll have:

-2 peices of fried bologna
-a bowl of sausage gravy
-2 eggs, scrambled
-2 biscuits with butter and grape jelly
-2 thick sliced bacon and of course...
-Cup of coffee sugar

Actually, the only way I like it is fried as it's quite tasty that way! Sausage gravy and biscuts one of may favorites along with chipped beef gravy on toast or home fries. ;)
