cannot get game to activate.

when I try to start the game I get a message the game needs to be activated.
When I try to activate i get a message that the game is alrady activated.
And needs to be deactivated.
Which I cannot do.

There's a support email listed in the program that you can send your code to and they will take care of getting you set up. Have you moved the game without deactivating it? Or reinstalled it? I am working on an activation wizard for the patch to make this more clear. It's really a very simple 2 second process, but somehow we do a bad job explaining it.

I reinstalled it after not getting the game to work.
